Stainless Steel Hose that transfers water from the little plastic spigot in the wall behind the refrigerator, that no-one ever sees, to the connector on the back of the refrigerator, that no-one ever sees, installed by the Best Buy delivery service. So far, water is being transferred from the wall to the refrigerator without issue! No leaking that I can see, but then again, the hose is behind the refrigerator so I wouldn't see it anyways. I have water and ice in my refrigerator now, and without this stainless steel hose, I would have none at all. So this hose has been invaluable in facilitating the presence of water in the door of my refrigerator. The fact that it is made of stainless steel has to be important, because if it was made of paper... well, it would be pretty rubbish. And it cost more than a plastic one, so that means it has to be better, right? Heh! Come on, it's a stainless steel hose. It has two connections, one on each end, and they work. Water flows through it. Job done!

Overall easy setup. Geek Squad came and installed everything with the new refrigerator. They hauled away our old model and installed the new model. No leaks. The unit runs quietly. Would definitely recommend and would purchase again.

Water kit was easy to install and is a well made product.

I have used plastic lines in the past and have had issues with leaking. With this stainless steel tubing I don't anticipate having any issues with leaking. Also, this hose is very flexible. The water supply for our fridge is at a 90 degree angle to the fridge and this tubing curved sharply in a small space with no issues.

The waterline was installed when the dishwasher was installed. We like that it's stainless steel and braided giving us piece of mind that it won't rupture and cause any damage to our new cabinets.

The stainless-steel waterline kit was easily installed and checked for any problems that might have might occur. This was my first refrigerator with ice and water in the door, and I did not realize it's importance until it was installed. Works perfectly.

This is an excellent water line for your refrigerator. This is easy to hook up and did not leak after installation. Make sure and do not over tighten the nuts.

It is nice that we have the use of a stainless steel water line instead of our solid copper line. Easy to hook up and definitely easier to move frig and not worry about bending or breaking the solid copper line.

It is just a water hose, but I like the fact it is a braided water line, and is durable and will stay flexible. I think it is worth a little bit more than a cheap plastic line. Price was definitely reasonable, and no issues installing it.

Beautiful LG gas stove and French door refrigerator. I chose the smaller 20.8 cubic foot with counter depth and it fit like a glove. Installation went very smooth. I would recommend LG and Best Buy highly. It’s been over 20 years since we upgraded our appliances. They are beautiful. I have my eyes on a new 65” OLED TV and waiting for a good sale.

We purchased the Smart Choice - Stainless-Steel Refrigerator Waterline Kit at the suggestion of our salesperson and happy we did. Its so easy for a regular line to get twisted and break with standard water lines. this one has the lines encapsulated in flexible SS and great!

Why weren't these available years ago! So easy! And I trust it won't get a kink or leak.
