This model had good standings in Consumer Reports. The look is really great. It took awhile to assign some logical arrangement inside since it’s my first French door. The bulk of the door storage is narrow fitting one line of typical container size. There is room for two gallon containers on one door. Fruit and vegetable drawers should be a bit higher to accommodate a melon or head of iceberg lettuce, but overall space is flexible and should work well for a family of 3-4. The middle door provides added flexibility offsetting size assignment limitation in the main compartment. Freezer has two spacious levels and has been among my favorite features. The major drawback was delivery turnaround, even for something clearly listed as back ordered. Over 2 months would have provided enough time to get the ore out of the ground and oil pumped to make the plastic components. The personnel responsible for contracts with Whirlpool as a vendor could use significant prodding.

It's very easy to use just add one end to the refrigerator and 2nd end with your water pipeline and turn it on It's really easy

The waterline was installed when the dishwasher was installed. We like that it's stainless steel and braided giving us piece of mind that it won't rupture and cause any damage to our new cabinets.

Having the water and ice dispenser is much needed for my house

This is an excellent water line for your refrigerator. This is easy to hook up and did not leak after installation. Make sure and do not over tighten the nuts.

A new refrigerator waterline kit was installed at the time the refrigerator was delivered and installed. Quick to install and we have not experienced any issues with the new waterline kit.

Overall easy setup. Geek Squad came and installed everything with the new refrigerator. They hauled away our old model and installed the new model. No leaks. The unit runs quietly. Would definitely recommend and would purchase again.

Stainless Steel Hose that transfers water from the little plastic spigot in the wall behind the refrigerator, that no-one ever sees, to the connector on the back of the refrigerator, that no-one ever sees, installed by the Best Buy delivery service. So far, water is being transferred from the wall to the refrigerator without issue! No leaking that I can see, but then again, the hose is behind the refrigerator so I wouldn't see it anyways. I have water and ice in my refrigerator now, and without this stainless steel hose, I would have none at all. So this hose has been invaluable in facilitating the presence of water in the door of my refrigerator. The fact that it is made of stainless steel has to be important, because if it was made of paper... well, it would be pretty rubbish. And it cost more than a plastic one, so that means it has to be better, right? Heh! Come on, it's a stainless steel hose. It has two connections, one on each end, and they work. Water flows through it. Job done!

To soon to tell how well the refrigerator will hold up. So far seems to be of good quality. installation was very good. Happy with the product so far.

The stainless-steel waterline kit was easily installed and checked for any problems that might have might occur. This was my first refrigerator with ice and water in the door, and I did not realize it's importance until it was installed. Works perfectly.

It appears to be working fine. It was part of the install process done by the installers. As this was a required item for the install of this refrigerator, it should be included in the base refrigerator price.

I have used plastic lines in the past and have had issues with leaking. With this stainless steel tubing I don't anticipate having any issues with leaking. Also, this hose is very flexible. The water supply for our fridge is at a 90 degree angle to the fridge and this tubing curved sharply in a small space with no issues.
