I got a new refrigerator and I was told that instead of the hose for the water hookup that they usually have plastic, I should get the stainless steel. I was like omg-now I gotta spend more money. When I was told I won't have to change it out in 5 years, I was like ok, less maintenance!!! I then also before giving it to the people installing, asked them the difference. The install was not from the same place so I was getting different opinions. The installer said the same thing, so I was convinced. I am so happy that the employee at best buy sold me this!!!

This is a well made quality product that is sized right and won't kink.

Super easy replacement to plastic line that was in place. Connections matched existing water line perfectly. This is a safer burst proof product, less likely to have a flood.

Install kit had what was needed and there are no leaks.

The Waterline itself was good, the hook-up not so much. It did not match the current waterline hookup at the wall. I was told by the technician that they did not carry adapters with them and that I would have to go to Home Depot to get an adapter that would fit. It took me 2 trips to Lowe's to get the correct adapter and took care of connecting it myself. If you're going to force people to buy a new waterline kit, then you should make sure the install techs have adapters that might be needed to complete the hookup if the new one does not match.

I love my new KitchenAid 6 door fridge! My last KitchenAid fridge is still going after 26 years! That one is going in the garage for extra storage. I bought that one the year before french door fridges came out. I love my new fridge's bottom freezer & the 2 extra drawers for coldcuts, drinks & produce. Andvi love that the shelves in the fridge go all the way across for large platters. I only buy quality, American made & I know this fridge will last at least another 25 years!

It’s a water hose. It effectively transports water from the wall to my fridge. Not much else to say.

This was the only extra item necessary to get the ice maker working on our new LG refrigerator. The installers used it and didn't even have to tape into a water line, Been in for a month and not a leak.

Recommend to have all the parts necessary to do the Ice-maker install right the first time. Why risk leaking lines or working with hard copper lines when you can have a flexible stainless steel line that make connections a breeze.
