Bought a new refrigerator and needed a waterline. The great thing about the stainless line is it’s durable and will last a long time. The compression fittings made it easy to install. Highly recommended!!

Very well made product. Easy to install.the last one I purchased from here was over 15 years ago. The only reason for replacing it was due to a new refrigerator with ice maker a new water kit had to be installed in oreder for the warranty.

I got a new refrigerator and I was told that instead of the hose for the water hookup that they usually have plastic, I should get the stainless steel. I was like omg-now I gotta spend more money. When I was told I won't have to change it out in 5 years, I was like ok, less maintenance!!! I then also before giving it to the people installing, asked them the difference. The install was not from the same place so I was getting different opinions. The installer said the same thing, so I was convinced. I am so happy that the employee at best buy sold me this!!!

This kit was great ! Easy to hook up refrigerator and NO leaks !!!

The Waterline itself was good, the hook-up not so much. It did not match the current waterline hookup at the wall. I was told by the technician that they did not carry adapters with them and that I would have to go to Home Depot to get an adapter that would fit. It took me 2 trips to Lowe's to get the correct adapter and took care of connecting it myself. If you're going to force people to buy a new waterline kit, then you should make sure the install techs have adapters that might be needed to complete the hookup if the new one does not match.

Perfect stainless steel pipe for my French door fridge. It's long and flexible enough to let the fridge stand almost against the wall. Highly commend.

I love my new KitchenAid 6 door fridge! My last KitchenAid fridge is still going after 26 years! That one is going in the garage for extra storage. I bought that one the year before french door fridges came out. I love my new fridge's bottom freezer & the 2 extra drawers for coldcuts, drinks & produce. Andvi love that the shelves in the fridge go all the way across for large platters. I only buy quality, American made & I know this fridge will last at least another 25 years!

Not sure if this was really necessary, but I'm glad I switched everything when the new fridge came. Better to all be new than not.

Super easy replacement to plastic line that was in place. Connections matched existing water line perfectly. This is a safer burst proof product, less likely to have a flood.

Was able to use kit even though installers claimed it could not be used.

Makes installation very quick and simple. Eliminates the need for much experience but at the same time helps ensure a good connection for the professional.

I would prefer to spend more on quality and also I want to do everything I can to prevent water leak issues.
