This hose is high quality. I live in a house where the bell valve is set to pretty high pressure. This hose can handle that high pressure, which if you think about it, is on it 24/7. Not a drip!

The water line is not only flexible and tough, it is obviously a quality ;made product. It is out of sight where it is used, but it would not bother me if it was in plain view. When my refrigerator was rolled back into it's place, it folded neatly into place with no tangles.

Product was needed to install fridge. Felt this should have been included with price of fridge. Love the fridge did not like delivery process as it was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be delivered. Took off from work and fridge did not come. Was sent a check to relieve a bit of the cost. Due to the hassle, due to losing pay, install fees should have been waived

It turned out to be a good purchase. Our old refrigerator had a rather strange water hookup (who ever looks at the back of their refrigerator?) so by buying this recommended part we made sure that we should have minimal problems in the future. The installers were very quick on getting everything installed, and cleaned up the area well.

The Waterline itself was good, the hook-up not so much. It did not match the current waterline hookup at the wall. I was told by the technician that they did not carry adapters with them and that I would have to go to Home Depot to get an adapter that would fit. It took me 2 trips to Lowe's to get the correct adapter and took care of connecting it myself. If you're going to force people to buy a new waterline kit, then you should make sure the install techs have adapters that might be needed to complete the hookup if the new one does not match.

This stainless steel hose is a great way to protect your copper lines from unnecessary bending and potential breaking. Very easy to attach to the existing copper line as it comes with everything necessary to complete the job aside from tools.

The Stainless Steel hook up is a great improvement over the previous plastic water line we had to our refrigerator. We think this will give us great peace of mind in the future.
