Local laws in San Diego mandate new High pressure water lines for newly installed Refrigerators. Appears to be well made.

Perfect match to my new French Door Refrigerator! Water’s inside main section and ice cubes drop right into the tray in the freezer gaining a ton of storage space on the door!

I paid Best Buy extra for our new fridge to be delivered and installed for my wife's peace of mind, because I wasn't sure I'd be home from work. It wasn't the end of the world that the delivery was late, and though installers couldn't speak or understand English language fully, we were happy for their efforts and tipped them each $20. Noticed later after they left that the required waterline kit wasn't even used. Additionally, I found that the front leveling feet were missing, and after many attempts to have Best Buy resolve this problem, I had to purchase at my cost directly from Whirlpool. In the future I will install myself, and never buy anything from Best Buy again.

THIS IS THE WATERLINE YOU NEED TO USE TO HOOK UP YOUR ICE MAKER UNLESS YOU HAVE YOUR OLD ONE THAT'S ALREADY HOOKED UP AND YOU DON'T NEED TO REPLACE IT.

Samsung stainless steel fridge was priced perfect and provided all things I needed such as water and ice dispenser and a large area inside for fruits, veggies and meats.

You have to get new hoses for major appliances whether that be a refrigerator or dishwasher. It's a must have.

The guys that came out for Geek Squad were very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend in my book to others to get on a wait list from them rather then the 3rd party installers.

Love my new LG refrigerator, was a little disappointed that there was a few hairline scratches!!!

Bought a new refrigerator and this water line served the purpose perfectly!!

My refrigerator was not installed correctly during installation and leaked in my kitchen. I was stranded with a leaking refrigerator in my new kitchen, and Best Buy could not send someone over as soon as possible. My refrigerator was replaced after a month, but the ice and water machine froze. A technician came to my house to repair the new refrigerator, and he had to return because the parts were unavailable. I would not recommend buying an appliance from Best Buy. It is a nightmare.

I have your say..I really do like my new refrigerator however it is covered in scratches. BB offered me 10% off the cost. I was a bit insulted with 10%. My time is worth more than 10%. I now have to wait all morning for another fridge to arrive. I should get both..a new fridge AND 10% off. We will see how this one looks. I will keep returning until they get it right!
