    It looked like a good product but it shouldn’t be a required purchase as a condition for your installation service. I mentioned there was an existing water line and this would have been the wrong product even if there wasn’t one. So I was obliged to return it. Just have a few on the truck if they’re needed and collect payment at that point.

    Good quality and flexible. I had to move the refrigerator twice and I had no problem with this set-up. The previous connection was just the copper piping.

    This was line was a bit shorter than original which I prefer. It also had extra fittings as well as Teflon tape. Worked great.

    The quality of product is on point, that is not the issue. I should have realized 6ft is a joke as my fridge and sink are seperated by my dishwasher. I had to buy a GE 12ft line from depot for half the price.

    You definetly want to get a new kit when you purchase your fridge, I almost did not but was happy I did when the delivery team showed me my old one was rusty, you sure don't want a leak.

    Happy with my LG FRENCH DOOR refrigerator. Good sized icemaker cubes. Easy water or ice dispenser. Only negative you need to open both doors to completely pull out drawer.
