Parts to get a unit installed, great quality, works like it is supposed to no complaints

I got this hose for my LG refrigerator. I am a insurance agent, and I have heard and witnessed the horrors of a leaking or busted waterline hose. There is no substitute for turning water off when you leave for a few days, but this steel hose is added security and gives me peace of mind versus a rubber hose line. I had one insured who woke up to a drenched kitchen. Just overnight, gallons of water damaged his floors, cabinets and drywall. Best Buy delivery team hooked up water line when they installed my new frig. I'm very happy with the install and product!

Setup was fast. Needed supplies for operation of appliance

The delivery guys used this water line kit when they connected our new Samsung Fridge. It didn't take them long to connect and appeared pretty easy. The kit was pretty inexpensive. Note that you are required to purchase this when you purchase a new fridge and have it installed by Best Buy. If your old water line is in good shape and still works fine then when the guys come out to install the fridge they might use the existing water line and allow you to return this item to get your money back.

Ordered with refrigerator purchase. Working great and installer had no issued installing it. No leaks.

Got it with the fridge. Have not had issues with this since we got it.

I've used this waterline for other refrigerators' icemakers and it works great. Buy it (and the fridge) elsewhere or don't have Best Buy install it. The kid they sent didn't recognize the water line so didn't install. Getting a followup appointment is proving impossible, months later. Hiring a plumber (at my own expense) to finish the job Best Buy couldn't.

Upgrade over plastic line from previous fridge. Easy to connect, seems durable. We hope it won't sweat like the old plastic line, which left condesation drip damage on the floor. This braided stainless waterline had one strand of steel sticking out of the braid. Could have left a painful poke and drawn blood...

This part is required for connecting a new refrigerator to an ice maker water line. It is a complete kit that even includes pipe thread tape. This product would be easily installed by the typical homeowner, though since I had the refrigerator delivered, they did the hookup for me so I didn't have to. The stainless steel line is much better quality than the typical plasticy line that it replaced.
