Glad to see youre using a braided stainless steel water line vs the flimsy plastic tubing thats subject to crack or break causing damage to customers flooring. The delivery/installers were very professional & courteous, I was impressed. Thank you.

Leaking water in your house is something you never want to happen. This item will help ensure there is no water leaking from your refrigerator water line. The water line is strong stainless steel and, unlike rubber, plastic, or some cord-like material, this SS water line will NOT crack. Get it and don't give it a second thought. Same type of stuff you need connected to your clothes washing machine.

When we bought our new frig at Best Buy it was suggested we purchase this as well. When the delivery guys were setting up the frig they said our old lines were fine and what they used as well (which were purchased previously from BB) So even though I didn’t use these exact ones I was able to return them for a full refund, obviously they’re good quality or our old ones wouldn’t still be good to use.

With the purchase of my new Whirlpool French-door refrigerator from Best Buy, we needed a new water line upgrade to complete the installation. The Smart Choice six-inch Stainless-steel refrigerator waterline hookup kit is very durable and easy to install. The water flows quickly to the automatic ice maker and the drinking water spout.

The water pipe is very good material. Strong suggest replace new water pipe when buy new refrigerator.

This kit had everything needed to connect the water line to our new refrigerator. The stainless-steel braided hose is very durable and much better than the cheap plastic ones. Installation was quick and easy, with no leaks. It's a high-quality product that provides peace of mind.

Had this connected by a plumber. No issues, no leaks, great quality, works well. Came with misc. additional parts for hook-up. I recommend this product.

You could probably buy the parts separately at Home Depot for half the price but it worked well. Shut off the water, cut the water line in the basement and put in a 3 way valve with sharkbite fittings, turned the water back on to be sure the valve and fittings were not leaking, drilled a hole in the basement ceiling into the kitchen and ran the hose. Easy peasy 45 minutes.

This item was recommended for the refrigerator and it is perfect. No complaints at all. My plumber said it was of good quality and everything needed to hook up for the water for ice maker and water from the door
