Why? Because my daughter, who was at my house for the delivery & installation, said the guy was guick to set up & install and never mentioned hearing any swearing. Definitely give it 5 stars.

I have actually connected 2 hosed in series to lengthen the distance from my refrigerator water tap to the entry point on the appliance. No leaks, plenty of flexibility. Good value.
