Many people use plastic water lines to their fridge, bad idea. Others upgrade to copper lines but they are prone to kinking when you move the fridge away from / back to the wall to clean underneath or service the fridge. ONLY use braided stainless steel waterlines which are very flexible!

This is a standard hook up hose for your refrigerator water, but it can be noted the high quality and the fact it does not leak.

So happy this new water line fit my new LG refrigerator and the in-house unit. No leaks, YAY!!

Getting a stainless steel waterline for my fridge was a solid investment. It should last the life of the appliance and maybe even longer. The BestBuy Smart Choice stuff is always great to add to your order, because if you end up not needing it its an easy return. But when you buy the wrong one or find out your appliance doesn't come with something its super annoying.

The waterline hook up is of high quality and easy to hook up to the refrigerator. I have had no problems with it so far.

Plus side this is steel, not plastic. Easy to install, as well.

I ordered a Bosch fridge through the local Best Buy store, and they automatically added the waterline kit. The fridge delivery guys hooked it up and checked for leaks before putting the fridge into place, and it seems to be working as intended, as far as I can tell! I didn't do any of the water hook up myself, so unfortunately I can't comment on the ease of installation.

This review is for Smart Choice Stainless Steel Refrigerator Waterline Kit which is required for hookup. Waterline works great and much better and more reliable than the old copper waterline that was there previously. This was a required purchase for Best Buy install but also necessary. So far the purchase has been fine and is reliable as it should be. No effect in taste, so I would recommend this waterline.

Product is fine I guess but I wasnt aware that bestbuy techs wont touch the plastic water pipe that we always had. Had to return this and will need to get a longer one. 6' ain't gonna do it.

The installation team brought it with them when they installed fridge. No leaks. A ten footer would be better.

Length purchased worked out beautifully to connect my new refrigerator. I have actually connected 2 hosed in series to lengthen the distance from my refrigerator water tap to the entry point on the appliance. No leaks, plenty of flexibility. Good value.
