Stainless-Steel waterlines seem more common and have a good track record. Used to replace a portion of copper waterline.

This is the water connection we purchased with our refrigerator. It is good quality, but it's like 4 ft long! Hopefully your water connection is right next to your fridge, otherwise this won't work. My connection was in the basement. We ran copper (because that's guaranteed to provide the best tasting water out of your fridge) up through the floor, then used this (because of its flexibility) to connect the copper to the fridge. It worked great.

This item worked perfectly and was easy to install

When we bought our new frig at Best Buy it was suggested we purchase this as well. When the delivery guys were setting up the frig they said our old lines were fine and what they used as well (which were purchased previously from BB) So even though I didn’t use these exact ones I was able to return them for a full refund, obviously they’re good quality or our old ones wouldn’t still be good to use.

The water pipe is very good material. Strong suggest replace new water pipe when buy new refrigerator.

Great quality line, super easy to install. Unfortunately, I did return this item but only because the line was not quite long enough. I ended up needing 6" more after pulling through my cabinets, so I opted with the 10' length.

The Refrigerator Water Kit, provided the necessary Hose+ for the GE Ice Maker purchased separately. Used Best Buy techs to install the Ice Maker and Refrigerator Water Kit. Had Best Buy employees install Both the GE ice maker and Refrigerator water kit. Seemed to difficult for us to install. Instructions said we could install in 30 minutes; however, it took the Pros over 1 hour.

This water line was so simple to hook up, geek squad offer to do it but I did it myself, saved myself over a hundred bucks.

You could probably buy the parts separately at Home Depot for half the price but it worked well. Shut off the water, cut the water line in the basement and put in a 3 way valve with sharkbite fittings, turned the water back on to be sure the valve and fittings were not leaking, drilled a hole in the basement ceiling into the kitchen and ran the hose. Easy peasy 45 minutes.

Love the stainless steel & easy connection of the waterline kit...we did however need to add onto the length because of our line going down into the basement, which was an easy trip the the local hardware store.

The length and strength is perfect, construction is solid and was easy to install. There is no leakage. I need to disconnect for winter to weatherproof my home and this makes it easy to do. If you are looking for a solid connection for your refrigerator this is it.

The box contained the required waterline - braided SS outer - along with a variety of fittings and enough Teflon tape. Installation was quick and simple. So, the product works as advertised and provides an inexpensive way to get a nice, new, armored waterline.

This kit had everything needed to connect the water line to our new refrigerator. The stainless-steel braided hose is very durable and much better than the cheap plastic ones. Installation was quick and easy, with no leaks. It's a high-quality product that provides peace of mind.

I understand the need for a new hose if they are going to install the new machine. They use a quality hose that has never leaked.

Easy to install - seems to be sturdy, yet flexible. The length worked well for our kitchen. Water has no after taste. I would definitely recommend this for any refrigerator water line.
