Garrett removed old one, at least a decade old and installed this new one for my brand new frig!

Do you really need it???

Their argument is the old one might not be in good condition and you might not be aware of it. OK, I get that. So when my new refrigerator was installed, they used the new hose, even though the old one was in perfect condition. Then the refrigerator wouldn't work so I had them come and get it and I ordered another refrigerator. Guess what? I had to buy a new hose, even though the hose was replaced 3 days ago. The salesman agreed with me but stated there is no way for them to remove it from the order. The only way to handle it is to not use the new one and return it to the store for a refund. So that is what I did, While at the store I decided to walk around, and I ended up in the appliance section and noticed that the same model refrigerator I bought was now on sale for $100 less, so I asked for a price adjustment and got a $100 refund. So, by being forced to buy something I didn't need or want, I saved $100. Nice job Best Buy!!
