Must Have if you want them to be hooked up
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was just going to use the current one off of my dryer but was advised that the delivery drivers would not hook up the dryer if I didnt buy the new one. So I found it to be just as easy (and probably safer then reusing an older dryer vent) to do this

My warning is that this vent will make the dryer stick out further from the wall. When measuring if the dryer will fit in a specific area, allow an extra 3 to 4 inches from the wall and be sure your laundry room doors will close.

The advantage of this vent kit over others is it is the one you must buy if you want free install. It performs as expected, but make sure hose clamps are tightened on both ends so that it doesn't slip off and vent hot air and lint into your home.

A Step Up From Those Flimsy Ones

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Make the investment in this one - it's a step up from those flimsy ones that, in my opinion, tend to build up lint in the "pockets" between the internal structure wire. This product is more rigid allowing better air flow, sending lint out instead of trapping it in the vent line.
