The dryer that was replaced was over 10 years old so the vents were nasty. This vent kit insures optimum performance with the new dryer. Also the delivery/installation team Best Buy sent out on the Sunday after Christmas was awesome! The old dryer was gone, the new one was up & running in less than 30 minutes!

It was perfect. I replaced my old accordion style dryer vent and this one is so much better. The link gets caught on the inside of the accordion style vent....so this one is so much better. It was easy to attach.

Looks fine, nice box. But we didn't need it so I returned it to Best Buy after installation was complete. Not sure why they made me buy it to begin with.

Appreciated Best Buy having this "in the truck" and as a part of the installation service. The Installers were exceptionally neat, clean and efficient. Also, respectful of our home. May not need all parts of this kit.

It is a dryer vent hose. There isn't anything really special about it.

This is a good product but cant be bent. When you set this up with a pedestal dryer, the dryer cant be pushed to the wall. Otherwise solid product.

This dryer vent worked quite well, it helped eliminate the hot air from the dryed to the dryer vent.

I know it’s easy to install because the Nest Buy deliver/install crew refused to do it. While they were unpacking the machines to move into the house I removed the old vent and installed the new one. All they had to do was connect it to the back of the machine.

This was a standard accessory. It works perfectly.

I don’t have a problem replacing old dryer vents and power cords when having new appliances installed. If there are any issues after the unit is installed then the manufacturer would need to fix or replace it under the warranty.

Very necessary piece that needed replaced and the delivery service did an amazing job on installation!

Ordered a new dryer to be delivered and they required a new vent in order to hook it up. Seems to work ok, there was a little air leaking out after the install but I shifted the vent around and seems to have closed the leak. Not sure if this is design issue or install issue.

The Best Buy installation team is top notch. They do their work quickly and professionally. I haven't had any issues at all with the installation by Best Buy. The installation parts are of good quality as well.

We purchased this washer about 16 months and it's been very good. No issues. Then this week the washer's lid has been making this awful squeaking noise and feeling like it may get stuck. Not happy about this, but hopefully it will be an easy fix. The hinges of the washer lid are plastic and I do not want it to break, or we will not be able to use the washer.

I believe that in operation it is superior to the old flexible vent I had before, but it was very difficult to install. I had to shorten it considerably to fit and it does not lend itself to doing that easily. I was left with a fragile and uneven edge to try and fit over the existing wall outlet. It was also difficult to clamp onto the dryer end. Watch out for sharp edges!
