The product was well made but not so easy to install. It was bulky and made it difficult to maneuver the dryer close to the wall. The vent tubing itself was easy to work with and flexible.

As with our power cable purchase, it was far more convenient to buy the one brought for installation by the Best Buy delivery team than trek around the countryside to find one at a hardware store that matched. Btw, the BB delivery team did a superb job with all our purchases.

The product is of good quality and does the job. Unfortunately we didn’t know we needed this until the installer was at our house. Had to go get it and reschedule service.

The rigid vent is good, but it would not work with my installation. It forced the dryer to be too far away from the wall. I had to use a more flexible vent kit.

purchased the new rigid dryer vent and got rid of the old flex vent. what a difference. clothe dry faster and the brand new electric dryer is very fast and efficient. ordered it with the new Samsung electric dryer fro best buy and and had it delivered and installed by them.

Product as described. Bought at time of purchase of washer and dryer. Made install easy to have everything available. Wish that the material was more flexible.

They hooked this up and have never looked back its sturdy construction is made to last.

I had to purchase this kit along with my new dryer that I was having installed in my home. I just wish that Best Buy would just sell the semi rigid vent tube only instead of this kit. No one uses the extra parts supplied that your paying for. It seems like wasted money in my opinion.

Highly recommend a semi rigid dryer vent. The more flexible types are easily bent and linked obstructing airflow where as this is stiffer and maintains around us for superior airflow exiting your dryer ultimately reducing drying times.

Got these with and for my new Samsung high efficiency stackable dryer. Vent kit works perfect and have had zero ventilation issues in the house or outside—I cannot even smell my dryer sheets :)

I had someone set this up for me at Best Buy. They did it really quick. I did notice the price was a little higher here and didn't catch it in time for a price match. That was the only complaint.

It works for me. I was told the by the installation guy that this is a good kit and to not move around the dryer cause it would be very difficult to put the steel duct back. I suspect this is due to the steel tape that was used.

Not much I can say about dryer vent kit. It is required for installation and they will not install the dryer without this kit. I wasn't real happy about this because our old venting was installed by a local heating and cooling company in town and was much better quality.

I was required to purchase this as part of the deal for Best Buy to install my dryer. Although I was not sure what to expect, when it came with the dryer I was impressed with the quality of the materials. Had I selected it myself, I'm sure I would've picked this one.

It's always a good idea when you replace in the major appliance around the home if you need wires or tubes or anything it's always a good idea to get new stuff when you buy new stuff I always say

The duct has a nice shiny finish on it which looks nice. My laundry set is on an odd sized wall so there is about 24" on the left side of the dryer between the wall and you can see the duct. I think it looks better than a cheaply looking flat finish piece.
