An excellent product and excellent installation service per requirement that can be overlooked when you do your own installation. Service crew was very helpful and professional about their work.

More convenient to purchase this along with the appliance and not have to make a separate purchase elsewhere. It was not much more than Home Depot or Lowe's and allowed me to take advantage of the free installation easily.

Good dryer vent, a little on the large side for the collection box it has so it limits you to how close to the wall you can get the dryer so if you have a cramped space this may not work for you.

The old dryer hose didn't fit as well on the new dryer as it did on the old dryer since the vent exit was located in a different position so a new hose was needed anyway. Better to do it right in the first place and not have any worry's.

I purchased this dryer vent hook up because I included delivery and set up with my dryer purchase. I want to avoid warranty issues so I purchased what they offered and had them install with their products.

This product is about the same as you can buy at a hardware store. You must purchase this in order for a install for “insurance purposes”

This is a required part in order to get free delivery. Comparatively speaking I appears to be worth it. But i do wonder if it is a bit too big as my dryer sticks out a bit too much.

The 90 degree elbows were useless. Not even required. When I bought this same unit for another dryer, trying to install it resulted in me dumping the elbows and attaching the flex tubing with the clamps only.

i had to buy this to get the free installation for washer and dryer but the technician did not install the dryer and had a ridiculous excuse that the kit does not fit, i returned the kit and connected the vent myself.

Vent hose was needed at installation.. Old hose was 25yrs old and had to go..

Return because I already had a brand new one The delivery man said he would return it and take it off my bill But I don't see any refund for it......

Not great. Too long and when they installed it they didn't cut it down. Too flexible and cracked after a few weeks. Had to go buy another one.

Great dryer for a low price! Does exactly what it says it does!

So the installer did bad job installing this as it got disconnected within 24 hours. I would blame the installer more than the product itself. The vent opening that goes outside is not perfectly round and this hose doesn't properly fit but installer just thought he could just get away. When we were drying the clothes the room was filled with steam from the dryer. I moved the dryer forward and saw the hose was completely disconnected. I was able to fix with clamps and tape but I am not happy with the installers as this product is only designed for round air vent.

A must if your replacing your dryer. Dont be cheap amd replace with a new one.

The dryer is great and this is a much safer dryer vent than those white ones
