I had to return it due to the location of my dryer. I gave it 5 stars because it looked really good and most of it was metal which I think makes it more durable than the flexible ones

It's annoying that you don't get these things with the machines but my units were 23 olds and needed to be replaced. Don't remember having to buy all these additional parts when the previous set was purchased. No complaints about the function though.

It works. I Can’t say much. It was installed. I guess as long as it’s installed correctly you want gave any problems with it.

I've never bought a dryer before so I wasn't sure about what all to buy for it. But then Best Buy helped by showing me what all needs to be included with the touch of a button. Thank you Best Buy

It was installed but there were some dents in the vent after it was installed.

When I got my washer and dryer set I gave my old set to a friend so I needed everything new. The salesman sold me the right stuff! The delivery guys said good that I got what I did or the dryer may not of fit in the space I had

Bought this as an accessory to the purchase and install of my Samsung appliances. Very compact unit to allow appliances near the back wall and can also customize the angle/direction for different applications

Normally I would say “I can buy that and do it myself”. After seeing the professional install the duct I’m happy we bought this kit and let him do the install - money well spent.

This was required for purchase so we didn’t have much option here. The tin material did get a bit bent out of shape in parts. Wonder if there were an upgrade option.

Had to have it installed to have my washer dryer set installed. Not a fan of it. Cheap, easily dented. It replaced my high quality one that ill be putting back on myself.

I added this new vent to half of my old vent and old connector. Should have just purchased the vent elsewhere Not wise $ purchase. Would advise purchaser to cal their total needs before buying

Probably another thing we paid for that was not used.

Once again, difficult to review since this was required as part of the installation by the store. Assume the product works well since the installers had no problems with the installation and it went quickly.

Nice to have two elbow joints included with the kit. Only wish it wasn't at 90 degree angles. I didn't need to buy elbow joints at home depot, lowes, etc.

A bit pricer than you would find outside, but does it job and convenient to find everything at one place
