I had to buy this to get Best Buy installation, even though I had one, but it was worth it. I can see why they require it.

It's pretty simple, as a requirement for delivery of my new washer and dryer, I had to purchase the dryer vent kit. I didn't mind as it ensured a clean vent and that the dryer would work properly. I don't have anything really to add.

This is a useful part but I found I could not use it due to the configuration cut in the floor where I would put this venting part. I had to return it but through no fault of the product.

No one wants a flaccid dryer vent. Get the semi-rigid 90 degree elbow to ensure that the unit doesn't get pushed up against the hose and crush it.

Great product, must have to hook up dryer, just make sure they tell you a new is required when you buy the dryer

I liked the product although in a town home where the laundry area is reduced it's very difficult to adjust the vent since it's to hard and firm. I wish I would have found this, while being at other house.

When the name brand vent kit was on backorder I saw this item in the store stock. The vent kit is well thought out and had everything I needed to vent our new dryer. You can not go wrong for the price.

We were not told of this style connection and it caused the dryer to sit 4+ inches further out than our washer. We have limited space and might eventually go back to a completely flexible connector which the installer said we would need to do ourselves. The vent rigid elbow will not allow the dryer get as close to the back wall as needed. I am disappointed a better connection is not used when installing. I might have done the hookup myself if I had been made aware of what they would do.

This product came with the dryer. I know nothing about it. It has not broken down or has not needed to be replace so I guess that is worth the four stars.

This is the only dryer vent hose Best Buy will install. It seems to seal up well. The elbow ends rotate on their collars allowing, in our case, the W/D to be as close to the wall as possible. The hose does dent and collapse easily so be aware.

This is WAY BETTER than the old flimsy cheap one that we had before! Totally worth the extra coin....

This particular product doesn't look difficult nor technically was it to put together in general, but the brackets that they give you to attach to the tube that leads to your outside vent wasn't such a good fit. First off if you put it on too tight it bent the tube plus if it wasn't on right or too loose it would fall right off. It was very frustrating that I ended up not even using the bracket and just duct taped it to the outside airflow tube. If the actual Best Buy delivery men would have installed it like they were suppose to I probably wouldn't have had any issues but they dropped the product off and left without doing what I paid them for.

The quality is ok. I was expecting better quality. Still I would recommend this product

I bought this vent as suggested in the store. BB geek squad team came in for installation and everything was installed and taken care professionally.

It is what it is. You have to buy this through best buy to take advantage of their professional installation, regardless of if you could get it cheaper elsewhere.

Make sure to measure the hose diameter to match where you are installing. This one for for my place but it was luck

Looked like it would be just fine. It was not needed for the install, so I returned it. No issues at all with returning it to Best Buy, which I really appreciated.

This is the vent that was recommended to us by the store. I’m sure it will be sufficient.
