Understand the reasoning behind the need to purchase a new dryer vent. Disappointed that the only version offered lacked the flexibility for installation the would allow the dryer to sit back closer to the wall.

I didn’t need to use this vent connection for my new dryer.

this was recommended for use with our new Samsung dryer. we haven't had any issue with this item since purchase 3months ago. I do wish it was less visible, but that speaks more to our laundry room layout than the kit.

Pretty standard stuff. Necessary when purchasing a dryer.

Pretty basic technology here but I would recommend it because it means you didn’t have to install yourself

Very very bad service you’re supposed to deliver my stuff in August 8 in August 8 nobody show up you told me August 9 in August 9 you bring the order minus refrigerator and dishwasher costing me to lose city in Inspection which is caused me another month delay to rent This investment house let me lose minimum $10,000 in rent in August 13 wait for you all day nobody show up you told me sorry August 14 in August 14 waiting for you all day you said we came we didn’t find anybody in the R lie and your truck was broken

You should always replace your vent when purchasing a new dryer, should have an extra hand if you are doing it yourself and will dent easy if not careful.

Just a little stiff to get to. I had to move the fridge to turn on my water to the ice/water connection since the install team forgot to turn it on. They were in such a hurry to leave that they left their tools as well.

our current dryer vent was up to standard and in good condition so we didn't need this even though we are told it was required. So it was returned. Therefore the overall rating is meaningless.

Installation men did not have a clamp to attach this Dryer Vent. I had one of my own and gave it to them.

The guys who installed this says that while it's smaller than the old school dryer vents that I'm used to, it does the job and doesn't use as much energy.

I'm wasn't 100% sure why I needed this exactly, but I was told I needed it for my new dryer. I don't know if this type of vent hose contributes to quicker drying times, but combined with our new dryer clothes dry very quickly.

I got this along with my washer and dryer. So far its great. No issues. Id recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable product. I got this as a bundle with the instillation and it made the process a lot easier.

Great product and it worked exactly how it should have

The vents standard nothing really special. I’d recommmend getting it with the install.

The installer from best buy brought this kit but didn't think it would work for my situation. After looking at the kit myself i realized that it stretches out quite long so I attached it myself and it works great.

If you are trying to save space to fit your dryer in a wash room do not choose this hose. Buy a flexible hose to save space.

I am always concerned about fires with dryers . This hose is fire rated which is my I chose it.

The product works great. Quite sturdy too. Will update about its longevity after a few months.

This is a much needed product for my Samsung dryer to ensure it’s function properly. The installer was very professional I would recommend to anyone.
