I am unclear why I can review this thing but it does the job!

We just upgraded from a ten year old LG front load washer and dryer. The old ones were great, but the new ones add so many new features that they are amazing!

Read your new dryer's manual and you'll find that the manufacturer wants you to use a straight, rigid, metal duct for venting. That's not what this is. You want as little airflow resistance as possible when venting your dryer. Pushing more air through your clothes dries them faster, uses less energy, and extends the life of the machine. A completely straight vent isn't always possible, but the fewer the curves better. This hose is nothing but curves, and the corrugated metal increases air resistance on top of any resistance the curves cause. The only advantage of this product is simple, one-size fits all installation, and that simplicity will cost you more in the long run than any time and money you save using this product. Take the time and spend the money upfront to do it right instead.

I didn't select this or research it. Just was added to my purchase. It's a dryer hookup. My expectations were about as low as possible. It should work. It works. I expect it to continue to work.

This probably would have worked well in a different space, but the dryer area had only 6 inches available on each side until a wall was reached, and the vent hole on the wall was also at a completely different height than the dryer’s exhaust vent. Had to reschedule another install date using a more flexible venting product.

Didn't get to use it cause i didn't have a spot for it in my house but im sure it works great

I've purchased this about a month ago and it's doing exactly what it's suppose to without any issues. I would recommend this product to my friends and family .

This vent hose is required in order for Best Buy to install the dryer. The hose is rigid, and I prefer the more flexible ones. My connection on the wall must be a smaller diameter, as after installation I was looking it over and noticed it was cut/squeezed/crimped in order to get it tightened on. It must be an approved method of installation since this was never brought to my attention by the installers. It does the job, I guess.

Sales guy included this in the installation package. Install could not happen without it so I am happy it came with the dryer. No complaints. It works well

Appeared to be a quality product but it was too long for the area in the laundry room . So, unfortunately I had to return the product !

This vent requires the dryer to stick out a couple of feet from the wall. I’m going to have to replace it

This vent has both pros and cons. The fact that it is rigid means it will pose less of a fire risk.However, due to it being rigid means it could be damaged if the dry needs to be move for whatever reason.

Work great. It does what it supposed to do. I would buy it again.
