I was very happy that I requested the Smart choice semi-rigid dryer vent kit. The semi-rigid dryer vent kit prevents air and lint from escaping into my home. I am happy with my purchase.

The vent tube is long enough for any laundry room. Mine was set up where the dryer vent was on the left instead of the right so it was no problem using this kit to place my dryer where I wanted it!

I was told it’s Basic tubing needed for new appliance for installation.

We bought this as for our new Samsung dryer. Unfortunately it was way too big of a coil and made our dryer stick so far out because it would not allow to push any closer to the wall. We had to return and purchase a completely different coil. Also the clap ring was horrible to put on, not a pinch and clamp type but had to screw together. Bad design all around. Maybe it works well for some units but not ours unfortunately.

my dryer is not set next to the wall, so this hook is longer enough to cover it.

I'm so glad I made this purchase especially since it was needed for my new appliance. I would highly recommend this product since it definitely lives up to its description!

I would not recommend this kit for the following reasons. 1) The accordion type hose does not conform easily to shape needed if you have several twist or turns...you would be better off with a coil type hose 2) The clamps provided in the kit did not get small enough to keep the hose in place once the dryer started the hose would pop off I had to go and buy a new clamp that would hold the hose in place.

The product was as expected and as it was described.

Comes with the dryer install. It's a nice vent. Air runs through it. Prefer this to the small tube that went with the old machine.

This is a great kit and has alot of extra pieces for the homes that may need to have elbows and be routed farther than most.

After this was installed, I read an article about dryer vents, and it said that this type is the best. It is much better and safer than the flexible plastic vent hose we had before.

It's so convenient that appliance kits can be purchased along with the unit and are brought the day of installation.

Rigid vent did allow rotation of washer(door wasn't reversible) and dryer where the swing of the doors for each appliance could open to move clothes from washer to dryer.

Great dryer which effectively dries clothes so well.

Our existing dry vent was quite new and opted to use our own as the technican noted that it was not necessary to purchase the new one. I appreciate this extra customer service

It's a dryer vent kit, what can I say. Silly to receive a review request for this but 25 Best Buy points is 25 points.
