Its A Dryer Vent

It only gets three stars since I dislike the fact that this is a separate purchase. It should come as part of the dryer. Best Buy won't install without a new one (which is fine, I understand that its a safety issue and I'm okay with that) I just don't think I should have to pay separately. Raise the price of the dryer $30 and include the vent and the plug. I hate feeling like I am being nickled and dimed to death.

Flexible hose not as good as expected

Installer basically said as much. I went to a local hardware store and got a better product for approx. $10. I feel it would be worth it for Best Buy or Whirlpool to include a better hose with the product even if they had to pass the cost to the customer. Seriously - $10? You take away from the rest of the experience by making the customer do this upgrade on the their own.
