Works Alright

The men installed it very quickly (which was good), but I never did see this item. Now I'm wondering if this could be why my new dryer doesn't fully dry the laundry. It's supposed to enhance drying time, but my loads don't even get completely dry after a full run... I can't be for sure though, that this vent kit is the reason for the problem.
