Kind of expensive for the product I got.

Crushed by installer. Weak material.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The vent looked good, but the Best Buy installer crushed the tube during installation and didn't tell me. He also failed to turn the gas valve back on. In order to use the dryer I had to pull out the washer and reach behind the dryer to turn the gas valve on. While doing this I noticed the vent had been half way caved in during the installation. I called the Geek Squad since I have a service contract, but they refused to send someone to fix it. Instead they tried twice to transfer me to the warehouse that they said should handle the repair. I was transferred into oblivion the first time, and the second time I was assured the Geek Squad would stay on the phone line until I was put thru to the warehouse. Thirty minutes later I was still listening to the message about how great Best Buy is, NOT! It still needs repair. I'm just curious to see if anyone actually reads any of these reviews at a Best Buy and will take action. I doubt it.
