Horrible semi rigid vent kit-don’t buy

My old vent (which was only 4 years old), never came off the dryer by itself. My dryer was installed on 2/22 and the “new vent kit” he installed kept coming off the back of the dryer. This started the first week I had the dryer. I put it back on and it worked for about 2 weeks then came off again. I am very disappointed in your installment services and the products you recommend and make us purchase with your installation.
