Waste of money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this at the time of purchasing our new advanced Samsung top load washer and dryer set. The kit does come with the silver tape so you can wrap around area where clamps go to prevent openings however, air is still getting out causing a whistling while your clothes dry. Thought the first one might be a bad one so I did exchange it for a new one, but same exact problem. The issue is where the metal is bent to make the shape, it's not sealed with anything causing leaks. If you don't mind a whistling sound the entire time your clothes are drying then it will work great for you.

Sub par dryer vent

I had to spend quite a bit of time using the tape to seal off the joint to stop the leaks. The problem with using the tape on the joints is the swivel part of the joint can’t swivel anymore when moving the dryer. Good concept but the quality is sub par.
