Mondo and chad deserve a twelve out of ten. They were polite professional and competent. They protected our space cleaned up thoroughly and went above and beyond to show us how to use all four of the appliances we purchased. If I owned a business , I would hire them! They demonstrated an outstanding work ethic as well as exceptional customer service and strong product knowledge.

Pretty good especially for a new install. I was replacing an old one and had to run out and get an additional elbow 1/2 to 3/8 adapter for my personal setup, but this should work for the majority of installs.

Find out what you need before buying this. I was sold this with a dishwasher purchase, and I only used the hose out of the kit the dishwasher already had a cord and this one would not have worked anyways. also the hose did not have the right ends even with the included adapters to fit my sink. Next time I will skip this and just buy hose from the hardware store. However if this has what you need it seemed decent quality.

My purchase automatically included this product. That in itself was a great service for someone like me who has limited knowledge and may not have chosen the correct items. Installers had no problem with the installation and had all they needed. No issues to date with the installation. Thank you BEST BUY for making this installation easy for me.

I am writing this review of a product that was required to be purchased when we purchased the dishwasher. In all fairness, it must be pointed out that Best Buy offered me points to write a review. So, all I can say is that this is the most wonderful dishwasher install kit available in the whole world. It was with our dishwasher installation. It works great. The dishwasher doesn't leak, it hasn't shocked anyone nor has it caught on fire. It is an exemplary dishwasher install kit.
