Geek Squad assessed my entire house in an hour and gave me a detailed plan for all of my requested improvements. Best Buy has really stepped up their game with this service. The technician really knew his products and exactly what to recommend.

The Geek Squad surveyed the area where cameras are to be setup, and started the installation when I was satisfied.

I requested it. But, they missed the date. I could never get it rescheduled due to my work timings.

The consultation was very helpful. He explained it everything I needed very well.

I have been pleased with Best Buy geek squad and all the service.

Did not learn a lot but then again I had already set up my wi-fi

Called to cancel, transferred me to a non local person, disconnected ,never called me back, got transferred to the store and put me on hold and requested for me to call the 1 800 #. Spent 45 minutes for nothing!

The "expert" showed up and introduced himself. That was the only thing he did of value. From that point on I felt I completed wasted my time. He looked to me to provide suggestions on which connected devices I wanted. I thought the reason I paid $99.00 dollars was for expertise and thoughts on what device would make my life better at home through connected devices. To this date I still have not seen my proposal or gotten any direction on what connected devices I should add to my home other than the related verbal sonos suggestion the gentleman made several times. The entire meeting only lasted 20 minutes and when the event was over, we had to call the consultant and let him know he left his bag at my house.

I would strongly recommend to anyone thinking of installing any new technology in their home to have a Geek Squad consultation first.

Did a great job, setting up my home theater . Fast and precise

I was able to quickly reach a Geek Squad member on the phone to help me with a possible virus on my computer. They were able to walk me through on how to get rid of the messages so it didn't infect the laptop. The only problem I had was that I was transferred to another tech support person for help with not getting into a website though Google Chrome like before, I was put on hold and never got anyone's help.
