HOOK MY I-PHONE 12 TO MY ZOSI SECURITY SYSTEM

THOUGHT THEY WERE HERE TO INSTALL SMART PLUG (WHATEVER THAT IS) LEFT SAYING THEY COULDN'T HOOK MY I-PHONE 12 TO MY SECURITY SYSTEM. AFTER WAITING TWO WEEKS FOR THEM TO SHOW UP
