I had seen this item when it was $250 and wasn't impressed with functionality to price at the time. Fast forward a few months later priced at $99 it meets my needs based on price, functionality, and purpose. I use this about 10 hours over night. Set to auto turn on right before bed and turn off right as I wake 7 days a week. My allergies have improved, No stuffy nose upon waking up, and more alert upon waking up. The app is very poor for a device marketed to be SMART. The is about as reliable as a burned out light bulb. If you take the app out of the equation would be a 5 star review. Also the finish on the cover is smooth to the touch and cool. Wish it came in other colors for scheme fits in other rooms to make it stand out less. Whisper quiet on low, Med still is pleasant, High may have you adjust your TV volume. Lights (during the night) aren't to bright so it doesn't mess with falling asleep. This is used in my Master bedroom 30ftx26ftx15ft

All around good device does a good job at cleaning the air. Ionizer is something that you don't want to use for health reason but it can be turned off. App is pretty bad, crashes a lot but is use able. Bottom line is got it on clearance for $100.00 for that price it seems like a deal not at $250.00 though.

I think you his model was discontinued about as soon as it was released. BB had it at 1/3 cost so I got two. It seems to do an okay job controlling dust, the filters get super dirty so it is doing something. The app is a joke, can’t get both machines to connect and the change filter light will not turn off...ever. Speaking of filters, the replacements can be hard to find. For $100 it’s not bad but I think for even that price point you can get something of better quality.

I was excited on hooking up the unit and testing it out. It all went downhill from there. Their app for controlling the unit hasnt been updated since 2015. Connecting the unit to wifi was simple but when trying to add device to the account, the app cant connect to its servers. I would have overlooked that if the actual unit itself was worth the money I paid. Not the case, it ran fine for a few minutes, I did my wifi setup and kept trying to connect so I can control it through the app. THe unit shut off by itself. I kept turning it on and after 20 seconds, shuts down. I love tech and I know a dud when I mess with it. It could be an isolated incident but why gamble. Tech support was slow and NO HELP!!! Please look elsewhere.

Doesn't really do great in big spaces. But its smartphone enabled, easy to use, and quiet. Very quit.
App was a bit of trouble setting up, but its only a one time deal.

I set it on Auto in a bedroom and it is very quiet. Seems to work well; only thing I couldn't figure out was the wifi on it.

However the so called apps to program through your phone are useless. If you are willing to turn on and off manually its ok, but if you are an apps fan look somewhere else

Son moved back home, who is an occasional smoker. Cleared the air quickly of smoke and odor. Bought on clearance. Saw at another outlet for twice the amount I paid at Best Buy.

If you set up the wifi and app correctly it will be very reliable. You only need to press the refresh button in the lower right corner to check the current status if it doesn't show anything. The app has never failed me once and I use it every day. Every two weeks I clean off the prefilter that gets very dirty. I haven't changed the main filter as of yet several months later but this runs on at least low 24/7 because on low you can barely hear the thing which is great! It looks modern and sleek unlike the old giant honeywell I had that sounded like a jet engine. I love having the timer option to use with the ionizer when away from home. Overall a great buy at 99 dollars!
