The heater for this product is great! It can pump out enough heat on low power to heat a room 250sqft room in no time. It is very quiet and like the panel light dimming feature. Use at night, so these are great features. Also like the fact that the housing doesn't get hot and remains cool during operation. Wheels are nice and easy to move around; like roller skates. NOW, for the NOT so good and why it gets 3 stars. I could never get the app to work with the heater. REASON: Couldn't register the product to gain access to the function of the app. Tried calling Crane multiple times and live support with no luck. Was looking forward to controlling temp with the app...Also, thermostat doesn't always register temp and the room gets up to 78 deg before the thermostat turns off the device. One more thing,sometimes the menu button won't work when the unit gets too hot. I would still recommend this product with all the bugs...

It was hard to figure out the settings in beginning! I wished it was more rectangular instead of square for a amall area! Runs very quietly which is very nice! I can't seem to get it to work with my smart phone though!

I bought this because of the wifi capability. This way I could monitor the temp and performance using the mobile app. Well the Mobile app would not work. I registered through Crane and still could not get any help nor could I get the app to work. The heating performance of the unit was also very disappointing. It's meant for a very small room.

Exchanged this product three times. Just didnot work. App failed twice. Unit failed once. Brought it back for a refund.

This heater is my saving grace this winter, so far. I can't get the app to work but for now, that's ok but I eventually want to. the heater works very well and heats up my big room fast.

Purchased January of 2017. The app to control remotely never would connect with the heater but decided to keep it. Now the High setting doesn't work.

I bought this wifi space heater for my dad's birthday last week since it claims to heat up to a 1000 square foot room comfortably. He put it in a 450 square foot room and you couldn't even tell it was on unless you were standing next to it. In addition, the temp in the room never increased even though he left it on the high setting for hours. Needless to say, I returned it yesterday at my local store.

This is the nicest looking space heater I have ever. I actually use it as an end table in my studio. Plenty warm and the app was easy to use. I also used the Best Buy pick up at store program and everything worked out fine.

perfect for my home office and super quiet and good heat. Love the design.
