Snow shoot needs some improvement

The snow shoot connection keep coming off from the vibration!! I waited to long to use the product( beyond the return period)or else I would have returned it. I had to crazy glue it in order to get it to work.

Ordered it online so I had to take it back to the store to get my money back. I love Best Buy but this is my worst purchase from this store.
