Waste of time & Money!!

Major problems with product functionality They claim to have email support, but 2 problems that have been proven to be major issues is, 1...any problem with any complexity will likely never get solved and 2, they don't respond anyway with the exception of an auto generated "we got your email" email. Just horrible and a waste of money!
