I had it all set up, I put the carbonator in back, filled with into their bpa free bottle, then when I went to press the button-silence! I called soda stream customer service which is 24/7 which is great because i can call after 9pm and not use up my cell phone minutes!! Anyways, I was all excited for nothing. Since I dont know where the box went, I had the company start an order-they will send me a box in 7-10 days with a new unit, i just exchange the old broken stuff with the new and send it back-I can still enjoy flat water with syrup,I just hope to get a carbonator that actuallly works though!

It was expensive and the carbonator tubes are expensive. Overall price per liter of soda is not much different than you can buy it for in the store. Taste of flavors is bad. Took it back to store for a refund.

I am a heavy diet pepsi drinker and also drink carbonated water – my wife bought this for me and I tried it. The diet cola tastes more like diet Coke to me and I had a very bad after taste about 2 minutes after drinking a glass of the stuff. I also noticed that the carbonation did not seem to hold up like I am use to. My glass went flat fast. I will be sending this back.
