This unit has great sound, and is fine for general use. However, if you run with it, the semi-rigid neck band will move around a lot. And if you're working out and lie on your back, it'll fall off, pulling the earbuds out. Also, when I use it with my Apple Watch, I have to wear it upside down so the bluetooth mechanism is on my left side, where I wear my watch. Otherwise, the signal cuts out from body interference. It also cuts out if I reach behind my back. Final beef is that it sometimes cuts out a lot in the first few minutes of walking. I'd only recommend this for casual use - flying, sitting at home, etc. For exercise I'd look for a unit that doesn't have the rigid neck band, but just has a wire that goes around the neck.

These Bluetooth headphones have good sound but are most definitely not for use at gym. These would be used for a relaxed calm surrounding. They have great packaging. Ready to use right out of the box.
