I am a very active person and i like to work out in the gym. If you just run they are not a horrible pair of headphones as they do tend to stay in the ear. But if you doing any type of motion where you change angles they are not a good pair of workout headphones. For instance when you lay down on a bench to do bench press they will irritate you, squats, pull ups etc are all going to make them fall off your shoulders. The sound quality is not horrible about as good as any cheap 20-40 wired set would be but not anything to brag about. The sound tends to just stop after 3 months of use with these as well. I owned two pairs and swapped out with geek squad protection twice. life saving protection plan when it comes to headphones for sure.

A few comments about these: (1) microphone is useless for phone as you can't adjust mic volume - no caller can hear me. Fine with laptop when I turn up mic volume pretty high (2) slides around, and off, my neck if not in use. Fall soundlessly due to the rubber material, so can be easy to lose as a result

I've used these headphones for almost three years and had been satisfies. I've replaced them with new pairs a few times. Recently I've replaced it but the new pair had some changes most disappointingly it can no longer be used during charging. I feel like the bass isn't great either.

I had gotten tired of my wired ear buds - working out at the gym they always either got tangled up when I ran on the treadmill or got hooked onto the weight bar or handles... Solution: wireless! Except this brand hangs on your neck and if you only walk or run less than 4.0 miles per hour you'll be fine. But if you run at 6.0 or higher they bounce which is a pain. And if you do ANY exercises like sit ups or bend at the waist they will FALL off... Sound quality is okay. Battery life is average. I was getting about 5-6 hours on a charge. Putting this up for sale on ebay. Be aware of the exercises you plan on doing and make sure the buds you get won't fall o off.

Bad design and wouldn't connect after a day. Garbage!

I almost never write reviews, but I read them a lot. I also take most of the bad reviews with a grain of salt and pay attention to the good ones. This product had a 3(ish) star review on Amazon and I read both good and bad. Every bad review was right. The left earphone stopped working after a week! The packaging makes it look like these would be great for listening to music but the sound was tinny and very little bass like advertised. The sound would sporadically cut out, even when the phone was on me. The main reason I needed this product was for phone use, with music listening as a secondary reason. Well, neither one met my expectations. Best Buy gets a 5 star review for their exemplary customer service and hassle free return. I will not let this influence my love of Best Buy.

Within weeks after purchase, the left speaker began to lose amplification....so much so that it was uncomfortable to listen to anything that needed to be played at a medium-to-high volume, since there was little to no sound in the left earpiece and a jet engine in the right. There was no physical damage to the device and I had been careful to take care of it (no sweat accumulation, tossing it around, etc....). I figured it was an exception, so I returned it for another of the same model. Wrong! Weeks later, the exact same thing happened. This is a serious defect. Avoid this product at all costs.

Great sound quality, great wires too. Works much better than LG ones

These are the worst ever in terms of staying around your neck. If the buds are not in your ears you will lose these things within 10 minutes if you're not careful. They have fallen off my neck on numerous occasions, I was lucky that they fell to the ground right at my feet so I didn't lose them. The sound is not bad it's the dang things won't stay around your neck!!!

I too have an earbud that doesn't work, left side, the one with all the conrols.

These started out great but soon fell apart, stopped working on one side and the ear piece is about to detach from the other side. The Power button is hard to use. Waste of money.

Bought these headphones in December of last year only used them a few times. Now only one side works correctly. One side is faint and the other side is loud. poor quality would not buy again.

Headphones are low, I'm not sure if the one I got was faulty so now it's back to the drawing board.

Right speaker stopped working, can't get help!!!!!
