sound quality was bad. had to return it right away

As a musician, I focus on sound clarity and crispiness. This has both. I am not into too much bass so this is perfect for me. I have tried a few LG's and they sound muffled and unclear. I just wish this was a few inches wider so it stays on my neck more. If you move too much, it slides off. I am lazy and don't work out, but if I did, I would look at something else.

The strings aren't retractable and because of that I returned them

They don't work for more than 6 hours and the music is not low

It didn't hold a charge & the earbuds were uncomfortable.

My son is hard on had phones and one side broke 2x.

The sound quality is horrendous! When you are talking on the phone it sounds like you are inside a vacuum cleaner. Just terrible!

I purchased these and love the sound and the feel of them. I like the fact that they are sweatproof, I know that they are not marketed for use in the gym but I thought they might be a good option. Unfortunately I was wrong. I have a larger neck so they are a little short and kept sliding off. Whenever I laid down on the bench they always fell off and out of my ears. It really sucks that I will be taking them back because they are a great product.

I like that it is durable, sweat/water resistant. The con is that if you do not have both in your ear/s then they tend to slide off your neck. I have noticed that when in just the next room away from the phone, voice calls tend to break up bad and sound electronic, basically bad reception. I bought the insurance and will trade it in when something better comes out at the $100 price tag.

I got these yesterday to replace my warranty claim from my now dead Backbeat 2. Ive tried many but always returned them mostly because of fitting or sound quality... These headphones are comfortable and dont feel like they are pulling from behind every other second. Wore them to the gym today and had to fix them twice in one hour...Sound quality is great... But my old backbeats 2 were better. I think ill keep these since the battery last longer.. and the backbeat 2 is disco...

Ok so I purchased these for exercising. They have great sound, the buds fit great and the band nice and flexible. Love that is sweatproof and dustproof. That's where it stops. When running, the neck band bounces a lot and shifts side to side causing the buds to eventually fall out. When lifting, on a bench, the band falls behind my head when I first lay down on the bench, I just move it back but I have to keep doing this after every set. These are great for just normal use and walking but I do NOT recommend these for exercising.

sound quality very low. put my phone in its holder and the connection to the blue tooth is garble, have to put the phone in my front shirt pocket to maintain usable sound. over all not a good product.

I was pleasantly surprise of the sound quality these things produced. definitely worth the price tag when it came to the sound......BUT like a few reviews have already mention these things don't want to stay on your neck. I like to listen to music when Im practicing at the driving range and i had to readjust the collar part after every swing. it was pretty annoying

I've owned the wireles power beats 2, jaybird x buds, JBL, LG tones and the LG tone ultra and my biggest problem was that they wornt loud anough. The sol republic shadow sond amazing and loud!! much louder than any of the others and still having great quality sound and bass. I'm really happy with this buy for only a 100 I paid much more for the other ones and there not even as close as good as this ones.

The sound is good. The wireless distance is a little short. Like others have stated, the headphones tend to slide one way or the other from your neck. Durability seemed good, but after 3 months, they died. I happened to get the 2 year plan, something I normally pass on, but I am glad I did. The exchange was seamless. I also got these on sale, part of a three item discount to where I got $20 off. I've had the replacement pair for close to three months and have not had a problem.

I purchased these and synced to my iPhone 6 Plus and the reception was awful! Even with the phone right next to the earbuds. Returned them for the $70 LG pair that are awesome!!

The wireless headphones didn't connect to any item I had. When they did I literally had to have the phone irectly next to my head. No fun and not worth it

Had to return them, the reception was horrible when using rhe phone. Would not recommenf them for a bluetooth to answer the phone, but fair for music!

caller voices breaks up, only good for Bluetooth devices, currently not charging, have to return to store, luckily got product replacement plan from BB

Works good, already has broken due to wire pulling out. This is the second one that has done the same thing. Hoping it can be returned.
