Stitching inside the bag has already come undone and currently being held together with staples. One of the cloth handles also stitching that has come loose. Expected more than this from a $60 bag.

Fair purchase for the sale price. Not a lot of extra space for peripherals, etc.

Bestbuy offered account credit which I used to purchase this and another bag. Plan was to try out both and return whichever didn't suit my needs. Went to return that one and they took back the account credit but said it would appear on my statement after a few statement periods. Well it didn't and now this is non-returnable. This store is getting worse by the day.

Purchased in September and made one trip with it. One of the handles tore right off during the trip and didn't look like it was actually attached. I've had Dell cases that were run through the ringer, as to say, and lasted for over 15 years. This one is just terrible quality.

I travel a lot for work. Since I usually have two rolling bags, I needed something that would be lightweight yet have smart features AND be easy for security check. This bag covers all requirements with a very good amount of different pockets, by being very lightweight and it unzips entirely for going through security when at the airport. Plus, it has the velcro back so that I can attach it to my rolling bag and not worry about it. It's basic but a very good bag!!

This case has multiple areas for storage of paperwork, accessories, anything you need. It is durable, easy to open for storing or removing the laptop, just a great all around case. It feels very protective and easily portable. For the price, I am very satisfied. My laptop is a 17 inch HP and it fits with extra room.

I love this bag. It is the perfect size for my 15 inch laptop. I've had it for 9 months already and it is still in good condition. It has enough space for me to store additional documents with my laptop.

The laptop compartment is on the exterior of the case; as opposed to being in the middle and protected by exterior pockets. This, I believe, is the quick access design for airport security . The compartment is well padded. There are additional compartments and some of these other compartments have their own, Velcro-secured, interior pockets for calculators and the such. A roomy, upper, zipper pocket is provided for a cellphone and/or a digital camera. All zippered compartments, excepting the cellphone compartment, have heavy-duty double zippers.

I am now buying this for my second laptop. I purchased my first one in the Best Buy store and now they are not carrying it in the stores any longer (only selling it online, wish they were still carrying it in the store though) and now I just purchased one online. You can't go wrong with this bag....

I bought this to take my laptop with me on my cruise and this case held everything I needed plus some. I'm so glad that I bought this because it also held my CD's and paper...

Used it for a trip to Florida and went through airport security with no problems. Case had a lot of room for extras and paperwork. It is very large so if you have a small laptop this one might not be for you.

I looked for months for the PERFECT bag, and this is IT!!! Lots of space for everything that you need and even space for extra things! Airport friendly, which is ALWAYS a plus! Ablsolutely LOVE this bag.

This elite bag is loaded with padding and compartments to sufficiently handle and protect a 17.3" lap top for the clearance price I paid amazing

Bought it for travel only but with all the compartments and features is better than what I expected and is used daily now.

It's a great bag and I would recommend it to anyone. A little annoying when the handles get in the way of the velcro strap to attach it to a rollaboard, but other than that it fits my huge 17" laptop!
