Good bang for the buck. Decent middle of the road product.

These headphones are nice, they noise cancel when turned up to Max; however I wasn’t impressed with the hype. I will be returning these for the Skullcandy Evo Crushers. I should have went with my gut and gotten them first. The sound quality is mediocre in comparison to other headphones available at the same price. Bose and Sennheiser do make far better at about the same price. Keep in mind you’re buying the brand name with these and not truly exceptional audio.

Best Buy’s customer service leaves a lot to be desired, and is quite frankly becoming an advertisement for their competitors. Recently, my daughter had an issue with a pair of Beats Solo headphones which were still under warranty. Accordingly, I contacted the local Best Buy where they were purchased. The local telephone number redirected me to a call center where I was on hold for about an hour before the call was disconnected. Accordingly, I called back at various times and experienced the same long hold times before trying a fourth time the following day. Eventually, I spoke with a person at the call center and provided the order number and related information. The person read the particulars of my order to me and verified the information. I was then directed to bring the headphones into the local store where the Geek Squad would evaluate the situation and replace the headphones if they could not be fixed on site. Ironically, when I went to the store, the store manager advised that I would have to contact Beats (aka Apple) directly and that there was nothing the local store could do for me. If this is how Best Buy handles a relatively minor product issue, I can only imagine the frustration others face with misinformation being provided on larger items like appliances and major electronics. Thankfully, there are plenty of competitors to Best Buy.
