I could never get anyone on the phone nor did anyone call me back! I gave 2 starts because the fit and finish are clean. But I would not buy anything from them again.

Certainly great quality and work as intended. However, I noticed a change in the depth/quality of sound to the speaker so I returned them. Left a higher rating as I don't see this as an issue to the product.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I installed these over my sonos speakers because i wanted to curb the sound coming from the cavity between the 1st floor kitchen and the 2nd floor master bedroom and you could clearly feel the vibration and the noise. It did lower the volume but not enough to justify the price but just to be clear if you dont’t want absolutely any noise in the rooms above you I would invest in an acoustic hood/covering or install sound insulation if possible.

Easy Fix for Above-Area Sound Bleed

These made sleeping easier since my bedroom is directly below the room these were installed in. Being the same brand, it makes install easier than having to buy anything generic or needing tons of insulation nearby.
