Sonic Frontiers outshines just about every modern Sonic game release. For a series first with great combat and extremely fun 3D bosses! It references back to the old core fans love from Sonic Adventure, but distinctly builds something new and stunning. Highly recommend.

I really love this game, its very modern but it has that little Sonic magic to it. I was originally worried, because the teasers seemed pretty boring but man was I wrong. I havent had this much fun with a Sonic game since Sonic Adventure and Sonic Adventure 2! Don’t rest on this, if there’s a sale on it, pick it up!!

This game is very fun and differnrt from past Sonic entries. The open zone design definitely works for a Sonic game. I just wish the world didn’t feel so empty at times. Almost gives the feel that youre running around in a tech demo. The cyber space zones are really fun but short. All in all not a perfect game but still worth a play.

Let's get this out of the way... Sonic Frontiers is good. It's different than everything I was expecting. The open areas are weird at first, but they end up being a ton of fun to run around and solve the many mini challenges scattered around. The cyberspace levels are fine, but they are a very small part of the game.

I didn’t have high expectations of this game and thought an open world sonic sounded dumb but Sega really pulled it off. The story is a little too serious for me but if you like Somic youll love Drontiers. It is Sega though so it’ll probably be like 20 dollars in 6 months or less if you can wait

An absolute amazing step foward for the sonic team. Great game a must try if you are new to sonic or have not played in a while as this is a sonic game experience like nothing ever before.

This is the first Sonic game I’ve played with an open world type design and its a lot of fun. There is so much to explore and it has puzzle features in interconnecting some of the routes when chasing coins. It has beautiful game graphics.

Great graphics and the game play is pretty decent to get a feel for. The stages feel slightly open world like. And the cut scenes are like watching a cgi animated film

The best quote I can come up with this game is ‘A fast-past game at your own past’
There’s no sub world that leads to linear levels. Just 4 (one island is barely a lavel) island to run around and explore.
It could have used more content, but Sega should take note on how well this game was received and build another game on that.

Its been so long since we had a good Sonic game, and I think Sega/Sonic Team really knocked it out of the park here. The controls feel great, the visials are gorgeous, and the music, just, wow.
