This is the first piece of Sonos gear I have ever owned and now I'm seriously regretting not owning a lot more of their audio hardware. I'll be replacing most of my home theater in the Spring and Sonos is near the top of the list.

These replaced my Bose QC25. Setup was fairly easy through the Sonos app. Overall sound quality is amazing and ANC work extremely well. The ear cups are very comfortable. I would highly recommend these headphones.
Thank you for sharing your positive experience! We're thrilled to hear that Sonos Ace have been a great replacement for your headphone needs!

I received Sonos - Ace wireless product on time from Best Buy and the shopping at BestBuy online made me very comfortable and feel good. I got all the required updates and received very good technical support during my follow up. Thank you Sonos. Thank you Best Buy. I really appreciate.

This is a mind-bogglingly bad product. The intergration with other Sonos products is subpar and it isn’t even able to play Sonos Radio without first streaming to a soundbar. I recently took them on a plane and discovered the noise cancellation is seemingly equal a pair of AirPods 4 generation. Additionally, the volume won’t adjust high enough on an iPad unless the EQ is set to Late Night. I anticipated these being superior to AirPods Max, but unfortunately, they don’t even compare. It’s really unfortunate because they are much more comfortable to wear for extended periods.

Nothing special. The app is not very intuitive as compared to Sony or Bose. I had an issue with Right Ear static that a lot of other users are having. I went ahead and returned them to get the Bose Quiet Comfort Ultras which have better noise cancelling and the app works better.
It's disappointing to hear that the Sonos Ace headphones didn't meet your expectations and that you experienced issues with static in the right ear. There has since been an update to the headphones that has addressed this concern. We look forward to one day making you a Sonos Ace customer!

The sound quality is not great unfortunately. The bass is weak and even when I increase it to max, it still is lacking that oomph I need from over the ear headphones. The switching from my arc to the headphones was great though! My favorite are the Bose quiet comfort ultra with immersive audio on.
It sounds like you found the Sonos Ace lacking in bass and overall sound quality compared to what you were expecting from over-ear headphones. However, it's good to hear that you appreciated the ease of switching between your Sonos Arc and the headphones. Happy we were able to make your home theater experience even more immersive! Keep on the look out for latest feature drops and updates to Sonos Ace via our website.Thank you again for the review!

One of the best headphones in the market — I still think the Bowers’s Wilkins Px7 and above sounds a bit better. However, the ANC on the Sonos is better than the WH Sony Series.

Bought a pair on release - only to be hit with the god awful app experience, and lack of promised features. Returned them.
Revisiting them a year later to see if they're any better after the massive update last month - They're just as awful as they were before! hardware wise, they're amazing. ANC is fabulous, sound quality is good, if lacking on the low end, fit and finish and feel all superb. The software though. oh the software. as much of a hot steaming pile of trash now as it was on day 1.
Pairing them was like reading tea leaves, press until the blue Bluetooth light flashes? it does not flash! just have to wait for it to be found by the phone (used both an iPhone and Android for this) because the app constantly kept saying "not found"
then updating them. had to repeat this a dozen times as they kept dropping out, and rebooting, and Sonos app won't let you adjust them until they're updated. or connect to them unless it's updated. so finally an hour later of constantly trying to update them, I can use them.
As for integration with my existing Sonos system? horrific. Audio Swap? won't work my system is not up to date per the app (it is up to date). Not with my Arc, nor more critically my Amp. Something Sonos refuses to add support for because it's "too old" despite still selling the same unit to this day with no updates.
all in all, I'll be returning these yet again as even for 300$ they are an awful proposition for the cost compares to Sony or Bose's offerings, I certainly have not bought any Sonos hardware since my first purchase of these, and i certainly won't be buying anything else with their horrific management and handling of this product.
