Almost completely satisfied. Only every once awhile I have to restart my TV because loss of audio to the Sonos Soundbar. If not for that it would be 5 stars

So far set up has been problematic. Cannot add the sound bar because WiFi isn't connected. But it is connected to my Epson projector so what is this referring to? The soundbar itself? If so, cannot find a menu to connect. Ugh.
Thank you for sharing your feedback about the Arc Ultra. We’re sorry to hear that the setup process has been frustrating. Let’s work together to resolve this issue so you can fully enjoy your soundbar.
It sounds like the Arc Ultra is having trouble connecting to your WiFi network via the Sonos app, which is essential for accessing its full features. Here are some troubleshooting steps to help:
Ensure the Arc Ultra is Powered On and in Range Make sure the soundbar is properly connected to power and is within range of your WiFi router.
Check Your WiFi Settings
Confirm that your phone is connected to the same WiFi network you want to use for the Arc Ultra. Avoid using guest networks or networks with special characters in their names. Factory Reset the Soundbar (if needed)
If the soundbar was previously set up on another network, you may need to reset it. To do this: Unplug the Arc Ultra for 10 seconds and plug it back in. Press and hold the Join button (usually located on the back) while reconnecting it to power. Wait for the light to flash orange and white, then try reconnecting. Add the Arc Ultra in the Sonos App
Open the Sonos app and navigate to Settings > System > Add Product. Follow the on-screen instructions. The app should guide you through connecting the soundbar to WiFi.
If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Sonos Support. They can provide real-time assistance to ensure your system is set up correctly.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to make this right. Once set up, we’re confident the Arc Ultra will exceed your expectations!

First time using a Sonos product and I was very pleasantly surprised! We are downsizing and I was looking for something that was smaller and more simple in our living room but still performed well when watching movies/tv etc. This exceeded my expectations for a soundbar and I have no regrets with it!
Thank you for sharing your positive experience! We're thrilled to hear that your first Sonos product exceeded your expectations. It's great to know that the soundbar provided both simplicity and impressive performance for your movie and TV watching. If you ever need tips or assistance with your setup, feel free to reach out. Enjoy your new sound experience!

I own several Sonos speakers including a Beam soundbar. That is a wonderful product. The Arc has some basic flaws. First of all, it took two exchanges before I had a properly working product. Geek Squad diagnosed the problem as several of the Arc internal speakers not working. According to a user group, this was common. The sound of the soundbar is tinny. Reminds me of an AM radio. Paired with Sonos music speakers, it sounded better BUT it can only have two side speakers (100 or 300 model) and a subwoofer. No separate rear speakers. In other words, no 5.1. It is also sensitive to different source sounds. It wants Dolby Atmos, anything different and the side speakers do not play correctly. Geek Squad and Best Buy were both wonderful thru the purchasing/return experience. Sonos Support is among the worst I have used. If you want to stay in the Sonos product line, buy the Beam Soundbar.
Good soundbar but the software is holding it back.

This could be a great soundbar, but the software is lacking, and this is what's holding back the Sonos Arc Ultra. The volume on the soundbar is way too low, and I need to turn it up to around 60 to achieve a proper hearing level on the TV. There’s a lot of potential, but Sonos is not giving us their best.

This soundbar is fine. It’s not worth $1,000 at all. The Atmos dynamics on it are nonexistent and all of the sound really feels like it’s coming from the soundbar and not the TV. Also, there are no adjustments or personalizations you can make. This may be fine in a very small box of a room. Nothing special over any other soundbar. I returned it for a Samsung at the same price, which came with a subwoofer and 2 rear speakers. Night and day difference. And not just because of the surround sound feel, the soundbar itself is much more premium. If you want to watch TV and movies….don’t get the Sonos Arc Ultra. If you want to listen to music in different rooms and overpay…still don’t get the Sonos Arc Ultra. Get a cheaper Arc. That aside, it’s good…just not great at all.
