I have other Sonos products and admire their range of sound. The ARC Ultra is very disappointing. My smaller Sonos Beam soundbar has better sound. The Beam has a deeper and richer bass
When playing music it reminds me of how AM radios used to sound

Might be too soon to review this product, but performance so far is less than stellar considering the price tag. I will spend more time on the settings to see if I can improve my experience.

Honestly not impressed with the ARC Ultra with Sub 4, crazy volume rages watching a movie, so queit to where you cant hear anything and next second it is blasting. This happens on all movies or just normal tv. My 10 year old Bose sounds better than this did and yes my TV supports Atmos.

It is decent but not sure that it is worth the price. Harder to connect and set up than it was than expected and the sound is not mind blowing to me. If you decide to buy this you will definitely need rear speakers to make surround happen.

I was up grading my original arc and sub and it actually sounded worse. Not much of difference if you already have the arc with sub. Maybe good if using without a sub bit when i hooked my sub to the ultra it lost a lot of bass.

Sonos customer service is awful. They’ve been telling me they’ll replace my Arc Ultra because one of the speakers busted within the first month and they still haven’t done it after I’ve followed up with them 4 times. I’m now past the return period with Best Buy. It’s not worth the money.

I was so excited to get a Sonos. It takes too long to hook up to the TV (initial set up-customer service horrible ) … then after you get it set up most days when you turn back on there is a delay in the sound kicking in. Yes it’s hooked up proper…nothing wrong with the TV …

Incomplete, inferior, defective, instructions.
They spend most of the time bragging all it can do, very little how to make it work. I tried a few times to connect it to my phone and never connected.

Worst system I’ve ever purchased.Dealt with customer support on numerous occasions and no results to my issues.Absolute junk.Ill never purchase another Sonos product
