Just upgraded from the Arc, paired with a Gen 3 sub, to the Arc Ultra. The Ultra is louder, has better bass, and better clarity. It’s worth the upgrade. I appreciate the Bluetooth pairing that’s added so I can pair directly to the bar without needing to use the app. Compared to the Arc, the ultra is a few inches longer but has a lower profile since it’s an inch shorter. Love that I was able to use the same wall mount from the Arc. Overall happy with my purchase and lucky the Ultra was released within my return period from my Arc purchase.

Install was straightforward, clear/concise directions. Sound quality is great. App for control is serviceable, would have preferred a remote. Trueplay feature is nice/worked well for matching up sound for the viewing area. Adding in 2 Era 100 speakers as surrounds elevated the set up! Really appreciated the wireless hookup (power only). Set up was a snap/no-brainer. Highly recommend Sonos!!!!!

Soundbar is great especially when paired with the sub. Best sound comes when connected to HDMI ARC. Would've given 5 stars but its not the easiest to use.

Great all in one sound bar. Fits perfectly under the new tv and was easy to set up.

This adds the sound that was needed. Super easy to connect and use with the app. I can not wait to purchase a few more of the SONOS brand to add the surround sound I have always wanted.

This thing is awesome! I had my heart set on a Bose until I did some research. I'm glad I did and couldnt be happier. Crisp clean sound. The voices aren't drowned out by the background music and the base is rich. (I bought the Sub 4 Subwoofer too) The ability to play music via Bluetooth from your phone is an added plus.

Bought as part of a whole surround sound system. 1 great thing is that you can mix and match to customize the system. This is a great sound bar and overall a great system, but not as impressive as the older Bose systems that are hard wired. One word of caution - the system doesn’t have a volume controller - it’s an app on your phone.

The sound out of this thing is very impressive. I have vaulted ceilings that are very high so getting good surround sound in the past has been challenging. I don't know what this soundbar is doing but that is no longer an issue - everything in Dolby Atmos sounds amazing and there's enough bass to satisfy - with dialogue that is very clear. Highly recommended! The only downside to this product is that it can only be controlled via the Sonos app - there is no dedicated remote.

Very easy to connect good quality sound, willneed at least yhe subwoofer to be Great quality sound. Make sure you check your settings on your tv. I went ahead and ordered a 15 foor hdmi arc cable since it was being connected to a 98 inch tv. The one provided was not nearly long enough. Assumed that when the tv found the soundbar it would eliminate the tv speakers. It did not. Much better now that I have found that setting and all the sound is exclusively through the arc ultra. Would buy again.

My first Sonos product which was the Ultra sound bar. Recommended by my Best Buy rep. So easy to set up and sound quality was amazing in our family room.

First sound bar owned and I have to say it is beyond what I expected. The sound quality is really good. Sounds like I have surround with just the one speaker. It was so easy to mount and setup. I purchased a 3rd party mount for much cheaper on Amazon. Setup was seamless. I enjoy the music connect apps like Pandora. I do not have the Sub4, but will likely be my next purchase to really hit the lows.

Phenomenal sound easy to set up. Will detect room size and shape and enhance audio to fit that space on its own!

I’ve been using the Sonos Arc Ultra for a while now, and I’m honestly impressed. The sound is huge for a single bar—movies feel more immersive, and Dolby Atmos really adds that “surround” effect without needing extra speakers. Dialogue is super clear, even during loud scenes. Setup was easy, and the Sonos app makes everything simple to control. Bass is good on its own, but adding a sub takes it to another level. It’s not cheap, but the sound quality and clean design make it feel worth it.

I upgraded from the Sonos ARC to the Sonos ARC Ultra. WOW, you can really hear the difference between the two bars. In particular more bass and clearer voices. When you upgrade, you will have to remove all subs and other speakers from the ARS and reset it (if you are selling it) or move it to another room and then reset your system. This is not really clear anywhere on Sonos website. Once you do that this soundbar is INCREDIBLE

Performs well on its own, but much better when you add a sub. The movies sound incredible but music plays at a lower volumes.

Replaced our Sony top of the line soundbar and sub with this Sonos Arc Ultra. It is night and day between the two systems. The Sonos is so much clearer and better sounding in a large room than the Sony soundbar and sub. Considering purchasing the Sonos mini sub to enhance the Ultra capabilities.

Easy set up incredible full sound, and excellent voice clarity. No sub needed with this sound bar.
