Very easy to setup and the calibration steps are not complicated. I was really impressed by the dialogue enhancements. There are only two critiques I will give but I won't be docking stars for it. First is the loudness. For me, it does not get loud enough. Second, bass is clean with no distortion, but I think I would need a bass module. It makes watching movies less impactful.

The quality of sound is amazing just with the bar by itself. I have added the Sonos Sub4 and the pair is excellent.

Arc Ultra Great Sound in Small Living Room

Speaker responds well to verbal instructions with microphone turned on, nice adder feature. Will be adding the Mini-Sub to increase bass.

It’s not ultra for no reason

Do keep in mind it has only an arc input and can only play in the Sonos sandbox. That being said, if you can stomach the price, you should be pleased with the product

The sales associate was articulate, extremely pleasant, and most importantly helpful. I only wish we had obtained his name. As far as the unit is concerned I am significantly hearing-impaired. This unit has been "a game changer". I now frequently watch television live shows and movies without closed captioning. I have on two previous sound bars and this rates a platinum five stars.
