Honestly not impressed with the ARC Ultra with Sub 4, crazy volume rages watching a movie, so queit to where you cant hear anything and next second it is blasting. This happens on all movies or just normal tv. My 10 year old Bose sounds better than this did and yes my TV supports Atmos.

I was up grading my original arc and sub and it actually sounded worse. Not much of difference if you already have the arc with sub. Maybe good if using without a sub bit when i hooked my sub to the ultra it lost a lot of bass.

Sonos customer service is awful. They’ve been telling me they’ll replace my Arc Ultra because one of the speakers busted within the first month and they still haven’t done it after I’ve followed up with them 4 times. I’m now past the return period with Best Buy. It’s not worth the money.

I was so excited to get a Sonos. It takes too long to hook up to the TV (initial set up-customer service horrible ) … then after you get it set up most days when you turn back on there is a delay in the sound kicking in. Yes it’s hooked up proper…nothing wrong with the TV …

They spend most of the time bragging all it can do, very little how to make it work. I tried a few times to connect it to my phone and never connected.

Easy install of app and use via cell. Sound quality is superb as well as adjustments pairing and fine tuning all speakers and subs attached to system is a smooth process. Overall 10 of 10. Usually my go to is JBL but Sonos won me over in comparison.

Just got done setting up the soundbar for a new home theater system.
Pros:
- setup in the app was straight forward
- moved an existing sub mini from one system to the new room in a couple of clicks - super easy!
- great sound quality
Cons:
- price is a bit high but was able to replace my old bulky towers for a cleaner look
- app integration isn't super great for everything

I live in a condo and had Arc Gen 1 immersive setup in an average sized bedroom. I constantly got complaints from my neighbor and could never enjoy movies at night without using night mode. I was tired of having to constantly changing the volume during movies that I switched to the HW-Q990D. Decided to comeback to Sonos for the Ultra and boy oh boy did I miss the signature sound. The soundstage and bass has matured and balancing level issues are non existent. Dialogue is so clear and clean. I can now finally enjoy movies at night. My set-up is Arc Ultra + 2 Era 300s + Sub Mini

I love this soundbar… if you can afford it and want your TV to sound awesome and or want your music to sound like your live in a concert… get this soundbar… price is a little steep and there is no remote but the sound quality is great and it’s easy to setup…
