It seems like you can't go wrong purchasing anything SONOS. I purchased 2 of these to tie into my in ceiling theater system as well as another zone in my basement. They always work flawlessly and I would buy more. Considering using one for outdoor speakers and will buy another one again this summer for that purpose.

I love my Sonos Connect Amp. I now have 2 integrated together for multiple zones. I plan to add a 3rd shortly. Overall I am very happy with the product. Very easy to setup and the user interface is extremely intuitive. My only complaint is for the price they should have wireless built into the device or include a bridge with the unit. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal since your connect amp is usually placed in an area near a router, but I was leveraging temporarily in a room without a network connection and had to run a 50' cable to reach the closet network jack. Even with the wireless limitation I still highly recommend this device!!

Ideal for our wants. We connected to our Sonas Faber speakers as well as the Sonos sub-woofer and have several rooms full of terrific sound. Sonos is an outstanding, versatile system that enables the buyer to use wireless (e.g., Sonos ) or existing wired speakers---a great feature. And, the sound reproduction is excellent.

Sonos Amps are Great. They Have plenty of power and Very good Quality sound. System is very expandable and seamless. If they Cost a little Less they would be Perfect.

I purchased the Connect Amp to add to my existing Sonos Play5. With no outdoor rated Sonos speakers yet available. I used the Connect Amp to power a nice set of outdoor speakers, I can now enjoy my music from the backyard without having to run in to my old receiver to change sources, tracks, and volume.

Purchased this item to connect my B&W bookshelf speakers to my SONOS eco-system. Sounds great and works flawless just as described. I did have a question for SONOS support regarding connecting to the SONOS mesh network, they are very helpful and very knowledgeable.....a easy 10 in the support arena.

The Sonos Amp is nothing short of incredible. The power and clarity of the sound through my Polk Atrium 6 outdoor speakers is spectacular. If you're looking for a solution to hard to reach areas or a simple addition to your existing network, this is the product you want. Hands down, 100% recommended.

Recently expanded my Sonos setup to include the Amp to use with speakers that were previously installed by the last owner of my home. Setup was easy and everything integrated into my account perfectly. I was able to listen to music across my house in under 30 minutes.

I purchased this to power a pair of patio speakers that had previously been connected as zone 2 to a complex receiver that my family could not reliably operate. As long as you pay attention to the ohm rating of the speakers, you can attach two pairs by bi-wiring them. The app installed on my iPad and iPhone and setup was easy and quick. I stream from Tidal, Spotify, and my iTunes library on my phone. If your network setup is "clean", the guided instructions will work well. I have a combination of wired ethernet hubs and wireless extenders. The device is connected to a wired hub and is controlled wirelessly from my mobile devices wherever I am in a large house. Performance is flawless and reliable. If your network arrangement is less than optimal, you may have to correct that before you can take full advantage of this fantastic system. I added the Connect hub to my primary audio location in the house to have my Tidal streaming through an audiophile level system and the performance is equally excellent.

Even though this is a it pricey it's worth it. The setup is easy and now I can start using my in wall speakers I have upstairs and not have to go back downstairs to change the song. I will eventually purchase more of these to create zones in my house. It's simple to use and a great product

Purchased multiple units for whole home audio (Jamo speakers installed throughout house). Easy setup, but ran into grouping problems due to wireless signal strength. Upgraded my cable modem router and added a Sonos Boost and the Sonos Amps work flawlessly.

Between on line streaming and the radio stations for hard to reach places (i.e., no reception), I'll be replacing a number of receivers that have been around for years. The grouping feature really is amazing (whole house playing the same song off Pandora at the exact same time).

One of the best whole home audio amplifiers on the market. Free app for wireless control. Great streaming. This thing just works all the time. First time I used SONOS amps was over 10 years ago. I put 12 of these in one house and have never had to go back for anything.

The Sonos conect amp works seamlessly with the remainder of my Sonos system, and allows me to coordinate internet music through my already hard-wired speaker system. The most amazing feature is the ability to COMPLETELY manage the music system using the Sonos app in my android smartphone. I can change stations and manage volume and bass/treble from my smartphone. So convenient! Would recommend to anyone. The sound produced by the amp rivals my $$$ Yamaha stereo amplifier! Highly recommended.

Needed to downsize my stereo except for the small speakers. The Connect Amp allowed this to be done. Eliminated the large receiver plus the big CD changer. Uploaded the CD's to Google Play. Easily able to connect the Sonos to My Library on Play. The Sonos has access to so many "stations" that we rarely access the CD's, but they are there if wanted. Next we will add a couple of Sonos speakers in other areas. The sonos also connects to the xfinity cable box for TV sound or the music channels. Very easy access and control with the sonos app, both on the iphone or android phone or tablet.

Bought this to coordinate existing speakers that are wired to living room, kitchen, basement and outside. Set up was a breeze. Although a bit costly, the Sonos Connect Amp works great with two other Sonos One speakers I received as a Christmas gift.

Simple installation - can connect via your wifi or Ethernet. Easy music streaming from your music library or multitude of external sources. Called Sonos customer service with a question regarding a prior installation and they were extremely helpful as well.

After purchasing the Sonos Playbar and Subwoofer I decided to add two rear speakers. The wireless Play 1 & 5 speakers would not work in our home due to the location we needed to put them and not wanting to see power cords. I decided to purchase the Sonos Connect amp and 2 ceiling mounted (Bowers & Wilkins) speakers. This turned out to be a great choice. We now have the movie theater sound we were looking for. The Connect amp was easy to install along with all the other Sonos equipment.

We've got a multi-Sonos setup, so I'm speaking with some experience on nearly every item they produce. If you are looking at a Sonos, you probably aren't as concerned about the cost as you are the functionality... the AMP delivers! I connected it to a pair of outdoor speakers and it is so nice to have a zone for the patio. If this is your first Sonos, welcome to the club, but if you just need to add some non-powered speakers to your Sonos system, this is the ticket. Actually... it may be the only choice, but it still rocks!
