We have several of these for different audio zones in our home and they work great. They use their own "network" so they are very reliable without buffering. My only issue with Sonos is that they have limited to no access to iTunes Radio or Amazon Prime playlists with very few workarounds for that. The average user wouldn't bother, so it's frustrating that they can't work better with those two. Otherwise, easy to use and stays connected, which you would expect for the price.

This is a fantastic amplifier especially when you're playing music over wifi. This amplifier also gives you the option to add on speakers as you go so you can have speakers in other areas of your house if you want.

This is my 4th Sonos Connect Amp for my home. I love the ability to access the internet and my sound files anywhere in my home. I can play different sources over different amps or play them all together. I am in a Rural Area, I can pick up the Internet Radio via Sonos better than through a radio frequency - better sound quality and purity. I plan to add more of these in the future - I am a happy repeat customer!!

Setting up and operating the Sonos Connect Amp is very easy. Like the fact the it connects to iTunes and local radio stations. And just recently I added my Sirius radio to the system. Now there's never an issue of what to listen too.

I use this to drive 2 outdoor speakers. The unit lives in my attic and to date hasn't over heated or had any issues. I would like a way for sonos to monitor operating temps on each unit from the sonos app. A lot of people seem to use this with the 6 ohm Yamaha outdoor speakers so I wish they would have made it handle four 6 ohm speakers as well as handling four 8 ohm speakers. The downside to these units is the price. I think it should be about $200 cheaper.

Not only does my Sonos Connect Amp, Connect, Play 3, & Play 5 work seamlessly but all sounds GREAT! I replaced my $3200 receiver with the Connect Amp resulting in much better quality sound on my M & K S150s and M & K MX 350 sub.

If you are looking for great sound, easy setup and the elimination of cords this system is for you! I had Geek Squad come out to talk about how to update my home and the recommendation was Sonos. This helped me eliminate an amp and gave me flexibility to add more speakers as I am readily. I also bought 2 connect amps to attach to my in ceiling and on deck speakers. The grouping feature for multiple zones is a great option and you control everything over your phone and iPad if they are on your home wifi.

If you are looking for a way to use your existing speakers with the Sonos system, then this is it. Works seamless, and also doubles as a line input, allowing yet another method for playing my music.

I now have 2 of these in my home. They are expensive, but they are the best at setting your speakers and home audio digitally. Control music volume, selection, or play different things in different zones. Love the Sonos!

I can't comment on the technicals but we (with Geek Squad) added this to our existing in wall speakers and use them more than ever. It makes playing music convenient. Sound and clarity are perfect!

I thought I had no option but to tear out existing speakers throughout my home to install Sonos speakers. I came across this and have loved it! I didn’t have to replace any speakers in my home

House came prewired with ceiling speakers in every room, hands down nothing beats the connect amp for this set up. Much more flexible than other options. Powerful enough to replace receivers.

The Sonus Connect Amp is a great product. I used it to sinc my existing in ceiling speakers with the rest of my Sonus equipment. It is very easy to install. I would highly recommend this and all the Sonus products.

I purchased two of these, one to power speakers by the pool and another to power speakers on the wrap around porch. I wanted the option to play different sources and volumes at each location and these worked perfect. You can connect up to 4 speakers to each amp (although you will have only two channels) which I did woth my porch speakers. Volume and sound quality are great and the entire Sonos system works great. I recommend

So far I'm satisfied with my sonos system. It's nice to be able to control every room of my house with my cell phone, my iPad or my computer. Best purchase that I can also take with me if I ever sell my home.

Really happy with the setup and a very simple interface, ability to bring apple, local stations and Amazon music into one wifi enabled system. Love the fact I can expand this platform as well

Product is right for my application. The product has great sound. Ease operation good.

My first entry into Sonos. Just bought a new house with eight rooms that are hardwired with speakers. I bought the Sonos Connect Amp and easily hooked up one box to three sets of speakers (could have done four). It's meant for two sets. Works great. Only complaint is that Sonos is very expensive. I would love to have 8 Connect Amps, but just too expensive. Works great alone or with Alexa!

Purchased 2 Sonos amplifiers and they were a breeze to set up. I was able to get them to connect to my network, load the app on my phone and sync to the amplifiers in about 5 minutes each.
